OECD says:

yes, the American fertility rates are up again. You’ll see a similar curve, although less marked, in France or the UK. The explanation is that immigrants have more children than the native-born. In the North-Eastern US the fertility rates are similar to other western countries, but in the South or the West the numbers are increasing.
