This is interesting...the states among the least amount of folks living there and they have the highest emmisions per person? (WY, AK, ND) Wow.

California, the most populous state, has the least emissions per person.

Of course, if you carve up total emissions for all US states by total number of emissions per state, a different story perhaps will emerge. I wonder if California would still come out looking better than other states, thanks to our more stringent laws.
