This quick visualization shows that the US might lead in absolut amount of players but that it is not the fastest in relative terms.

Concidering Belgium’s population is for 60% Dutch speaking, you have to assume that at least 8.2 is Dutch speaking, the Netherlands included. Because the language is devided in two different countries, we are often left out in translations, but that’s a good thing, better no (Dutch) translation as bad translations of computer programs or services.
